Faire revenir la ciboulette finement cisel\u00e9e et lorsqu&#8217;elle est transparente ajouter le clou de girofle cisel\u00e9. Une fois que le tout a pris sa couleur, on ajoute les d\u00e9s de jambon et le bacon et on les laisse cuire quelques minutes. Nous versons le vin blanc, augmentons le feu et laissons l&#8217;alcool s&#8217;\u00e9vaporer. Ajouter les f\u00e8ves et couvrir d&#8217;un peu d&#8217;eau si n\u00e9cessaire. Laissez-les cuire \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient tendres, attention \u00e0 bien les passer car \u00e9tant fra\u00eeches elles cuisent tr\u00e8s vite.
