On les \u00e9goutte et on r\u00e9serve. Laver le sarrasin sous l&#8217;eau courante froide et le faire bouillir avec le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes ou l&#8217;eau jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit tendre mais un peu ferme. Nous le vidons. Concassez les noix, lavez et \u00e9mincez les radis et ciselez la ciboule. Nous m\u00e9langeons tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette. Mettez le sarrasin dans un saladier et m\u00e9langez-le avec les f\u00e8ves, les radis, les noix et la ciboule.
