Faire revenir les coeurs d&#8217;artichauts avec l&#8217;ail et l&#8217;oignon dans l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive; quand ils commencent \u00e0 dorer ajouter le vin blanc, saler et poivrer. Quand le vin a r\u00e9duit de moiti\u00e9 ajouter les p\u00e2tes et le persil.
