- Ingredients for 8 units: Artichokes, virgin olive oil and salt.
- Preparation: Place the artichokes in a baking dish, on their base. Season and sprinkle with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. We introduce the dish in the oven, pre-heated to 180ºC with heat from above and below, and roast them for about an hour (everything will depend on the size and quality of the artichokes).
